Delivery & Freight

Your tiles ship direct from the importer warehouse to your door on a pallet — no middleman warehouse, no extra handling.

How it works

    Order placed

    You complete checkout. We receive your order immediately.

    Importer picks & pallets

    The importer warehouse picks your tiles and pallets them within 1–2 business days.

  3. 3

    Freight carrier collects

    Our freight carrier collects the pallet direct from the warehouse.

  4. 4

    Delivered to your door

    Kerbside pallet delivery to your address. You'll receive tracking details by email.

Delivery timeframes

Times below are from order confirmation to delivery. They begin once the importer confirms stock (usually within 1 business day).

Freight costs

Freight is calculated at checkout based on your postcode, the total weight of your order, and the number of pallets required. We charge freight at cost — no markup.

Sample packs (up to 5 × 10cm tiles) ship via standard post for a flat $15 Australia-wide, included in the sample pack price.

Kerbside delivery

Pallet freight is kerbside only. The driver will leave your pallet at the nearest accessible point to your front door — they are not required to carry tiles inside, up stairs, or through gates.

If you have access restrictions (narrow driveway, no truck access, upper-floor delivery), please note this in your order comments or contact us before ordering so we can arrange the right carrier.

Checking your delivery

Please inspect the pallet before signingthe carrier's delivery docket. If you see damaged tiles or the packaging looks compromised, note it on the docket before you sign.

Email us within 48 hours at hello@marmoretilestudio.comwith photos of any damage — we'll handle the freight claim and arrange replacement tiles.
