Every tile image previously loading from a third-party supplier CDN is now served from Vercel's edge network — faster globally, no dependency on an external server staying up, and no San Marco involvement anywhere on the site. The favicon and footer logo now render properly everywhere too.
For approved trade accounts: any saved design now has an "Add to a trade project" button. One click turns the AI's tile selection into a fully populated project in your workspace — each tile tagged to its room with a sensible starting m², ready for net pricing, live stock, and a spec sheet. Any design — from the chat, the guided builder, or a shared link — now exports to a branded PDF spec sheet: the design statement, palette, every tile with its price and role, and the recommended finishes with brands. Hand it straight to your builder. Save once, get a shareable link and the PDF together.
The AI designer now talks. Tell Fernando about your space in plain language — "a calm spa-like bathroom", "Parisian powder room with brass" — and he asks what he needs, then composes a complete room right inside the conversation. Ask for changes and he reworks it on the spot. Prefer buttons? The guided pick-and-go mode is still there.
Any room the AI designer composes can now be saved to a permanent link and shared — send the full scheme (tiles + finishes + the design rationale) to your partner, your builder, or your designer. They open a clean read-only board and can shop the tiles or design their own.

Sections now rise gently into view as you scroll, images settle with a slow zoom on hover, and the type and spacing have been tuned for a calmer, more editorial read. Motion respects your system's reduced-motion setting — if you've asked your device for less movement, you'll see none.
Trade projects now spot unfinished rooms — a bathroom with a floor but no wall tile gets three complementary wall suggestions, one click to add. And the branded spec-sheet PDF now prints the recommended grout (Mapei + Kerakoll shades) and edge profile (Schlüter) for every line, grouped by room. The document a builder receives is now genuinely installable, not just a price list.
Every saved project is now a live workspace: edit m² inline and watch the trade total, GST split, and "ready by" date redraw as you type. Lines group by room. Every line shows live stock ("28 of 35 boxes in stock — 7 made-to-order") and a per-line lead time. A tier-progress bar visualises 0 → 50 → 200 m² with the next-tier math up front: "9 m² to unlock 20% — saves $483 across this project." Click Swap tile on any line to typeahead-search the whole catalogue; m² and room carry over.
The grout matcher now references Mapei Ultracolor Plus and Kerakoll Fugabella Color — the two premium Italian grouts stocked by AU tilers for European porcelain and stone. Each Marmoré pick surfaces both shade codes so you can hand whichever your tiler stocks.
Five canonical edge options — 45° mitre, pencil bullnose, Schlüter JOLLY, RONDEC, and SCHIENE — with a tile-aware pick for each. The matched Schlüter product code is surfaced so the customer can buy the exact trim or hand the code to their tiler.
